Delivery Process : By debiting the 100% Payment through our banker and on receipt of the bank intimation of your payment we shall immediately despatch the materials by AIR to you directly as per delivery time.

Settlement Of Claim / Arbitration : All disputes arising out or in connection with the execution of this Contract, both contracting parties shall settle them amicably by mutual consultation in good faith in the spirit of co-operation, if an amicable settlement cannot be reached between the two parties, the decision of the Indian Chamber of Commerce shall be final and binding for both parties. All other terms and conditions not mentioned herein shall be mutually agreed by writing between the Seller and the Buyer. The contract has to be signed through facsimile between Name of Buyer and Name of Seller. The Contract comes into effect immediately upon signing by both parties.
