1. Ordering Guidelines
To ensure a seamless experience, always specify:
- Catalogue Number
- Capacity (in ml or L)
- Joint Size
- Accuracy Class: A / B
- Porosity Grade (for sintered filters)
- With/Without Stopcock
- Viscometer Details (range, temperature certification: 20°C / 25°C / 40°C / 50°C / 60°C / 100°C / or dual 40°C & 100°C)
Missing information may delay order processing.
2. Custom Glassware Orders
We specialise in tailor-made lab glassware. Our team will gladly work with your designs or requirements. Please provide:
- Clear drawings/specs
- Functional details
- Preferred materials or joints
Note: Custom apparatuses are non-returnable and may require longer delivery timelines.
3. Safe Use of Glassware
- All items are made from low-expansion borosilicate glass for maximum thermal and chemical resistance.
- Sintered filters are suited for vacuum filtration or low-pressure gas flows.
- Never exceed 15 psi differential pressure across the disc.
- Always follow laboratory safety protocols and wear proper PPE.
4. Warranty & Guarantee
- All products are inspected before shipment. In case of manufacturing defects:
- We offer replacement only, if found manufacturing defects.
- Our liability is limited to the product value.
- We are not liable for misuse or improper handling.
5. Returns & Cancellations
- Returns allowed within 15 days of delivery (for standard items only).
- Custom products are not returnable.
- Cancellation will not be entertained.
- Freight charges for return are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched via trusted carriers.
- Estimated delivery timelines shared at order placement.
- We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers or unforeseen events.
7. Intellectual Property
PISCO® trademarks, logos, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.
8. Legal & Dispute Resolution
All transactions are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

DELIVERY PROCESS
By debiting the 100% Payment through our banker and on receipt of the bank intimation of your Payment we shall immediately dispatch the materials by AIR to you directly as per delivery time.
DUTY & TAXES
The buyer's country's customs duty & taxes must be borne by the buyer.
SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM & ARBITRATION
All disputes arising out or in connection with the execution of this Contract, both contracting parties shall settle them amicably by mutual consultation in good faith in the spirit of co-operation. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached between the two parties, the decision of the Indian Chamber of Commerce shall be final and binding for both parties. All other terms and conditions not mentioned herein shall be mutually agreed by writing between the Seller and the Buyer. The contract has to be signed through facsimile between Name of Buyer and Name of Seller. The Contract comes into effect immediately upon signing by both parties.
